- Conceptualization - Development of plot plans, alternative layout options, capacity evaluations and plans.
- Basic & detailed engineering and construction - Work on alternative layout options, budget estimates, detailed plans and Engg. packages development, construction and qualifications

To have accurate visibility in the supply chain & also the readiness of the site, a detailed action plan, including a project execution schedule and validation master plan, is put in place before execution.
