Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Should be able to do Heat Load Calculations, Ventilation & Life Safety Calculations.
• Should be able to do Pressure Loss Calculations, Air Balancing Calculations.
• Should have Knowledge of HVAC High Side System selection & Sizing.
• Should have working Knowledge of Duct Design/Chilled Water piping Design.
• Should have knowledge of VEF system design, Variable Pumping system design
• Should have Knowledge of ASHRAE/ISHRAE/NBC/NFPA/MOEF, IGBC, LEED, Local /International Codes.
• HVAC BOQ, Initial & Final HVAC Cost Estimation, Cost Analysis.
• Familiar with Green building Codes
• Should be able to attend meeting with the Client.
• Should be able to manage the team of Engineers and Draftsman.
• Should have drafting knowledge in Autocad.
• Revit Knowledge will be added advantage.

Required Skills and Experience

Education

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / BE (Mechanical)

Experience

4 + years of relevant experience required, preferred in pharma industry.

Functional Competencies

• Knowledge of cGMP, ISPE, GSP, GLP, ISO and other engineering guidelines etc.
• Good Command over AutoCAD + MS Project
